Narada School, established in 2005 by Yayasan Buddhis Theravada Indonesia (YBTI), is a registered SPK School that implements both the Cambridge Curriculum and the National Curriculum across all levels. Back office Staff

Staff Maintenance (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute building maintenance plans, including preventive maintenance schedules and PIC coordination.
2. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems such as electrical, AC, plumbing, water pumps, and fire protection systems.
3. Handle corrective maintenance by troubleshooting and repairing facility issues in classrooms, offices, dormitories, and other areas.
4. Monitor and ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, effectively, and according to operational standards.
5. Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors for repair and facility improvement needs.

Job Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar position.
3. Knowledgeable in building systems maintenance, including electrical, HVAC/AC, plumbing, water pumps, and fire protection systems.
4. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Good communication skills, responsible attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
