Narada School, established in 2005 by Yayasan Buddhis Theravada Indonesia (YBTI), is a registered SPK School that implements both the Cambridge Curriculum and the National Curriculum across all levels. Our mission is to cultivate a balanced foundation of knowledge, skills, and morality rooted in Dhamma values.
We are currently seeking committed and qualified educators to join our team as:
Junior and Senior High School Teachers
1. Counselor (2 position)
2. Mathematics (1 position)
3. Mandarin (1 position)
4. Bahasa Indonesia (1 position)
Availability: Able to start on Academic Year 2026-2027 (July 2026)
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare, deliver, and evaluate teaching materials based on the established curriculum.
2. Conduct teaching according to the lesson plan and ensure learning concepts are well understood by students.
3. Provide periodic learning evaluation reports (monthly/semester/yearly).
4. Submit academic reports to the School Principal.
5. Coordinate with the Vice Principal and School Principal regarding academic matters.
6. Maintain effective classroom management and administration.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in a school implementing the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE / AS & A Level).
3. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
4. Familiar with Google Workspace.
5. Strong classroom management and administrative skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
